Step 1 Bring in unit * No need to bring in cords, keyboard, monitor etc.. * Bring any and all software that you have for the computer.
Step 2 Quick computer diagnostsic while you wait (approximatley 5 minutes).
Step 3 A computer technician will give you the estimated cost of the repairs and ask if you would like your data backed up.
Step 4 Approximatley 2-3 business days later a technician will give you a phone call to let you know your computer is finished.
Step 5 When you pick up your computer, a technician will hook it up to one of our monitors to review it with you. They will answer any questions that you may have at this time.
