COMPUTER REPAIR PROCESS

	Bring in unit * Desktops: No need to bring in cords, keyboard, monitor etc.. * (power cords are neccessary for laptops) * Bring any and all software that you have for the computer.
	Quick computer diagnostics while you wait (approximately 5 minutes).
	A computer technician will give you the estimated cost of the repairs and ask if you would like your data backed up.
	Approximately 2-3 business days later a technician will give you a phone call to let you know your computer is finished.
	When you pick up your computer, a technician will hook it up to one of our monitors to review it with you. They will answer any questions that you may have at this time.
